Sup Buntut Kacang Merah
BAHAN: 400 gram buntut sapi, potong menurut ruas 1,5 liter air 100 gram kacang merah kering, rendam semalam 2 batang (100 gram) wortel, potong bentuk bunga 2 batang daun bawang, potong 4 cm 1 sendok teh kaldu bubuk rasa sapi
