Swiss roll / Bolu gulung

Swiss roll (Bolu gulung) is a sponge cake is baked using a shallow baking pan, filled with jam or butter cream and rolled. Roll often known as the hours roll, or a jelly roll in the United States.Cakes must be immediately rolled while still hot from the oven when the newly appointed so that the cake is still flexible when rolled up and not broken.
