* 1½ cups quick oats
* ½ cup whole-wheat flour
* ½ teaspoon baking soda

* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
* 1 egg
* 1 cup skim milk

* ¼ cup brown sugar
